A few weeks ago in a really cool therapy session, I took pictures with my phone after doing an interesting breathing exercise.
After taking pics, we had another session where we both gave specific words or phrases to each of the pictures. After going through them all, I chose to stay with three specific phrases:
Troncos se alzan;
Bailan los pequeños árboles;
El verde brillante del brote, cerca.
Which would translate to something like:
Trunks rise;
Small trees are dancing;
The bright green of the bud, nearby.
It was a great exercise that I’m hoping to repeat with my camera, soon!
